About Me

Hey there! I'm Albert, a full stack developer with a passion for building things that live on the internet. I enjoy creating applications that are not only functional but also provide great user experiences.

My journey into tech wasn't straightforward. I actually started my career in architecture, spending several years designing buildings before transitioning to software development. This background gives me a unique perspective on design systems and user experiences.

I break things on purpose, build things on instinct, and trust that chaos usually leads somewhere interesting. Rules? Suggestions.

Background

Before diving into tech, I graduated as an architect and worked in architectural design for several years. This experience taught me the importance of balancing aesthetics with functionality - a principle I carry into my development work.

My transition to software development began with small projects to solve specific problems I encountered. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a passion, and I found myself drawn to the endless possibilities of creating digital solutions.

When I'm Not Coding

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Barcelona's architecture, experimenting with new cooking recipes, and occasionally dabbling in photography. I'm also an avid reader of science fiction and technical books.

I believe in continuous learning and often spend time on side projects or contributing to open source when I can. Feel free to check out my blog where I share thoughts on technology and lessons learned along the way.
